EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help your brain process and heal from distressing experiences. When something overwhelming happens, it can get “stuck,” causing ongoing anxiety, triggers, or negative beliefs about yourself.
Through EMDR, we gently guide your brain in reprocessing these experiences so they no longer feel as intense or disruptive. Many clients notice a reduction in emotional distress, fewer triggers, and a stronger sense of calm and confidence.
