Play Therapy
Helping children express, process, and heal through play.
Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that allows children to express thoughts and feelings they may not yet have the words for. Through guided play, children can work through difficult experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and develop a stronger sense of safety and confidence.
I provide a supportive and structured environment where children can explore their emotions at their own pace, using play as their natural language.
Play therapy can help with:
Trauma and stressful life events
Behavioral challenges
Anxiety and fears
Emotional regulation difficulties
Family transitions or disruptions
